You can register a regular account and password for the service for free. You are responsible for all activity on your account, associated accounts and passwords. The Site is NOT responsible for unauthorized access to your account and for any loss of virtual items associated with it.

Rise Cabal provides free and unlimited access to the Site and Services.

4. Verification

The user may require a verification procedure, including and not limited to submission of necessary information and/or documents to ensure the legitimacy of any payment or donation. We consider any payment or suspected donation accounts in verified verification procedure disabled until the verification procedure is complete. Information presented may be disclosed to our affiliates in our mutual efforts to avoid unauthorized payments/donations. The requested information must be sent by email or online form and may include verification of the user's identity.

5. Termination of Service

Rise Cabal reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change, suspend, limit or discontinue any aspect of the Service and Services at any time. Rise Cabal may suspend or terminate the access of any User to all or part of the Site and the Services, without prior notice, for any conduct that Rise Cabal, in its sole discretion, believes to be in violation of these terms and conditions.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT OR ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE, YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IS TO DISCONTINUE USE OF THE SERVICE.
